Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute Kolkata an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health & FW, Govt. of India consisting of a research center and a 200 bed hospital invites application for the post of Director from post graduate medical doctors or PhD /D.Sc degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Biochemistry from recognized university or equivalent with 15 years of teaching/ research/ clinical experience in the field of oncology with minimum 5 years administrative experience in a supervisory capacity on direct recruitment/transfer on deputation in the pay band of 37,400-67000 and Grade Pay 10,000 plus NPA for medically qualified person.  Age limit (for direct recruitment): Not exceeding 50 years relaxable for government servants up to 5 years. For transfer on deputation (including short term contract) the age limit is 56 years from the closing date of application.
