Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Research Fellow to work on the Simple to Use Injection System for Transdermal Delivery of Influenza Flu Vaccine industrial research project funded by Transform SciTech Private Limited, Hyderabad, under the supervision of Prof. Punna Rao Ravi, Department of Pharmacy, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus.

Post Graduate Degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, allied subjects with very good academic record throughout. Preference will be given to candidates with GATE, NET qualification and a proven track record of application of AI tools in biological, chemical systems. Relaxation norms of the government of India will be duly followed in short listing of the candidates.

Masters degree in any field of Biologicalscience along national level entrance examination. Project titled Indo-German collaborative proposal entitled Tracing the evolutionary transition of nucleosome assembly.

M.Sc Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology; Strong knowledge of programming languages. Strong hands-on experience with the Linux operating system, including shell scripting and pipeline automation. Knowledge of database design and development.

Ph.D Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacoinformatics, Bioinformatics or related area. Candidate must have at least one research paper in a science citation indexed journal. Candidates who have submitted their PhD thesis in the above subjects will also be eligible along with proof of submission to apply. 

B.Pharm. or equivalent, with having Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics as one of the subjects, and one year experience in handling and operation of chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques from a recognized Institute, Organization. Experience in operation of analytical Instruments, ICPMS, GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS, method development and its validation. Candidate should have good documentation skills for Quality Assurance and, in Quality Control parameters, hands on experience in extraction protocols for analysis of pesticides, antibiotic drug residues, heavy metals, titration protocols and physicochemical parameters. 

Master degree M.Tech, M.Sc, MS in Bioinformatics or Biotechnology, Life Science with specialization in Bioinformatics from a recognized University. At least one year experience after M.Tech, MS Degree or 3 years after M.Sc degree in the field of bioinformatics as evident from publications in scientific journals of high international repute.

Coordinate with National AMR surveillance sites and states for AMR Surveillance data. Ensure AMR alerts are submitted by all programme sites to NRL for confirmation. Need assessment and organise data management/data software trainings; Master of Science MSc in Medical Microbiology / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biomedical Sciences with Doctor of Philosophy, PhD in Medical Microbiology / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Bio medical Sciences.
