To strengthen health services in remote areas of the health institutions (Community Health Centers) and Primary Health Centers (PHCs) operating in the district's development blocks Bhanu Pratappur, Antagarh, Durg Kondal, and Koylibeda, walk-in interviews are being conducted for the recruitment of medical specialists/officers, health workers, and other vacant positions. Eligible and interested applicants should submit their application with the required educational documents to the Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Sen Chowk, District - U.B., within the stipulated dates.

Terms and Conditions of Recruitment
1. This appointment is neither regular nor contractual. This appointment is being made solely for emergency medical care under the local (local) arrangement (local residents of Kanker district). It will automatically terminate upon the replacement of these individuals by regular/contractual appointments.
2. This recruitment is to provide employment to qualified unemployed locals in Kanker district to address the human resource shortage under the District Mineral Trust Fund.
3. This appointment is being made for one (01) year from the date of joining. Service extension may be granted only if the work is satisfactory and allotment is received. Furthermore, the government will be free to terminate the service at any time if the work is not satisfactory.
4. Honorarium - A lump sum honorarium will be payable every month during the service period. No other allowances will be payable.
5. Service may be terminated at any time prior to the expiration date by either party by providing one month's notice or by depositing/paying one month's salary.
6. Absence for more than one month continuously will automatically result in termination of service.
7. Factual/clerical errors in the advertisement may be corrected at any stage of the selection process. Such correction will not affect the selection process. No representations will be accepted in this regard.
8. Candidates whose marksheets are based on the grading system must indicate the percentages obtained using the grading system. A certified copy of the calculation sheet/chart issued by the head of the educational institution/school must be attached to the application. Failure to submit the calculation sheet with the application by the due date will result in the applicant being disqualified.
Selection Process and Guidelines
1. The applicant must be a native of Chhattisgarh and a local resident of Kanker district. The original residence certificate issued by the competent authority must be included. A permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority must be attached.
2. A valid registration certificate from the Chhattisgarh Council is mandatory for the posts applicable (attachment is mandatory), and a valid registration certificate from the District Employment Office is mandatory. If the renewal or non-renewal is not available, the applicant will be ineligible for the interview/written test.
3. For Class III and IV posts (integrated pay scale less than Rs. 16,500.00 or Rs. 156,500.00) residents of Kanker district will be given first priority, and applications received from other districts of Bastar division will be rejected/no priority will be given.
4. Eligible Class IV candidates will be appointed based on merit.
5. All candidates from Chhattisgarh will have equal opportunities for the posts of Medical Specialist/Medical Officer.
6. For the post of ANM [RHO] Female, preference will be given to ANM trained Mitanins.
7. For the post of Dresser Male & Female, preference will be given to candidates trained in Dresser for 01 year.
8. Skill/Written Test for the post of Data Entry Operator: Candidates proficient in computer-based skills tests in Word/Excel/PowerPoint will be given priority in the Hindi/English medium.
9. Age Limit: The minimum age for the recruitment process will be 18 years and the maximum age will be 70 years for medical posts, and 60 years for other posts. The base year for age calculation will be 01.01.2026. Retired/serving officers and employees in government and semi-government services will be eligible for age relaxation as per government rules. The age limit includes all age relaxations granted by the Chhattisgarh Government.
10. In the event of equal marks in the merit list, seniority will be determined based on date of birth and experience. If the date of birth is also the same, seniority will be determined based on the first letter of the initial in the English alphabet.
11. Candidates seeking recruitment to multiple posts must submit separate applications for each post.
12. A post-wise waiting list will also be issued for the above post, which will be valid for 01 year from the date of issue.
13. Candidates should affix their latest passport size photograph, self-attested, in the space provided in the application form.
14. Incomplete, unclear and erroneous applications without signature will not be accepted.
15. Applicants for the above posts must appear with the following documents: (1) Mark sheet of 10th/12th/13th (2) Mark sheet of all the years of graduation and post-graduation examination. (3) Medical Council Registration Certificate (4) Experience/No Objection Certificate (marks will be counted only for experience certificates issued by government institutions/undertakings/corporations in the prescribed format, clearly mentioning the office name, branch, outgoing number, and date) (6) Domicile Certificate (7) Caste Certificate (8) Employment Registration Certificate
16. Applicants must attach self-attested copies of their educational qualifications from a recognized institution/university, Medical Council/Chhattisgarh Council Registration Certificate, experience certificates, caste, residence certificate, and employment registration certificate, passport-size photographs, and other documents along with their application. Failure to do so will result in the selection committee's right to reject the application.
17. Absence from the interview/written examination will disqualify the candidate.
18. Applications appearing after the scheduled registration time will not be accepted.
19. Applicants must submit original copies of all self-attested/attested certificates attached to their applications at the time of the walk-in interview, otherwise they will not be eligible.
20. No travel allowance will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.
21. Candidates employed in government/semi-government organizations must submit a no-objection certificate issued by their employer. Otherwise, their applications will be considered ineligible.
22. The number of vacancies in the notified/district-level selection committee may be increased or decreased, or even cancelled, due to government reasons.
23. The selection for the said appointment will be made by the district-level selection committee.
24. No information will be provided to candidates regarding incomplete, unclear, or erroneous applications. Every applicant should carefully fill in the correct and complete information after reviewing the instructions given in the advertisement and all the information in the application form. If any information is given incompletely or incorrectly in the application form, then the entire responsibility for it will be of the applicant. On the basis of error or incompleteness, the application form can be rejected at any stage of selection without prior notice to the applicant.

1. Applicants must appear in person to apply for the above positions on the scheduled date and time and have their documents verified. Applications submitted by post, courier, or any other means will not be accepted.
2. If the number of applicants for the positions is high on the scheduled date and time, only the date and time of verification may be changed.
3. After document verification and scrutiny of the received applications, information regarding eligibility/ineligibility, claims and objections, the merit list, and all information regarding the eligibility and eligibility for the skill test will be published separately on the office notice board and the district website kanker.gov.in. Candidates should regularly visit the website; no other information will be provided.
