The ECHS Central Organisation is located at Delhi and functions under the Chief of Staff Committee (COSC) through AG and DGDC&W in Army HQ. The Central organisation is headed by Managing Director, ECHS, a serving Major General. There are 28 Regional Centres ECHS and 426 ECHS Polyclinics. ECHS is also an attached office of Dept of Ex-Servivemen Welfare (DoESW), Ministry of Defence (MoD) as are Directorate General Resettlement(DGR) and Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB).

M.Pharm / B.Pharm ; Experience in document review (Regulatory/AQA/R&D), strong knowledge of ICH, EMA, USFDA, WHO guidelines, and good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
M.Pharm degree from recognized University/Institute. OR M.Sc Medicinal Plants with bachelor in Ayurveda background degree from recognized University / Institute.
M.Sc. degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology / Biochemistry/ Nanobiotechnology/ Zoology/ Microbiology / other related areas / B.S. 4 years programme /BPharm / MBBS/Integrated BS- MS/MSc/BE/BTech or equivalent degree
PG in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacology etc.) OR UG / PG in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engg./ Tech., Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Medical, Veterinary, or equivalent.
Post Graduate in Pharmacology M.Pharm / M.S Pharm, Post Graduate MSc in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Physiology, Biochemistry and Biotechnology, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
