Applications are invited from the eligible candidates in prescribed application form for the contractual appointment of Pharmacists on a monthly remuneration of Rs.5200/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/-. The eligible candidates can download the application form and other needful information from the District website i.e www.jajpur.nic.in and submit the completely filled up application along with other essential documents to the O/o Chief District Medical Officer, Jajpur on or before Dtd.03/09/2015 during office hour through speed / Registered post only. The candidates have to superscribe on the top left hand corner of the envelop containing their application and other documents "Post applying for Pharmacist- DDC" & the in-service candidates have to apply through proper channel. The incomplete application form/canvassing in application form, application form without the requisite documents, applications received beyond the last date, applications un-superscribed shall be rejected without any notice. Release of remuneration and others is subject to reciept of funds and may varry time to time depending upon the State approval and norms.
