Scholarship

Educational Testing Service (ETS) is offering 21 TOEFL Scholarships for excellent Indian students. These scholarships are for pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies in country and/or overseas for the 2013 academic school year. One US$10,000 TOEFL scholarship and twenty US$3,000 TOEFL scholarships will be awarded to students. The applicant should hold a grade point average of 80 or higher on a 100-point scale, or a 3.0 grade point average or higher on a 4-point scale.

The University can trace its origins to a School of Medicine and Surgery (later the College of Medicine), established in 1834, and to Armstrong College, founded in 1871 for the teaching of physical sciences.

Scientific aim in lab: Overall, LMCC focuses on complications in relation to metabolic disorders such as Diabetes and Obesity.

Two three-year PhD fellowships within the field of biomolecular nanoscale engineering are available at the Department of Physics, Chemistry and Pharmacy, University of Southern Denmark (SDU). The PhD fellowships are available from 1 February 2013 or shortly thereafter.
