Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam is led by seasoned academicians, committed educationalists and value conscious. With a coastline of about 3,500 miles, inland sources in Rajasthan and Little Rann of Kutch, and the rock salt mines in Mandi, India have possibilities of attaining a high position in salt production among the salt producing countries of the world. As is known, apart from being an indispensable item of food, salt is an important raw material for the manufacture of several heavy chemicals e.g. soda ash, caustic soda and chlorine. Besides, salt is used in food processing industries, such as fish curing, meat packing, dairy products and fruit and vegetable canning.

CSIR – CSMCRI would like to engage ONE young and dynamic researcher for either a Research Associate or an SRF (extended), work in the CSIR-Emeritus Scientist’s scheme entitled “Functional modification of polysaccharides to generate new materials”, in Marine Biotechnology and Ecology Division.  The details of the available position are given below.

National Institute for Research in Tribal Health (NIRTH) formerly Regional Medical Research Centre for Tribals (RMRCT) is a permanent institute of Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) under Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health of Family Welfare, Govt. of India.

Regional Plant Resource Centre was established in 1985 as a recreational garden and with an aim to provide a green lung for the inhabitants of Bhubaneswar – the capital city of Orissa. Gradually it became a dynamic and vibrant research organization of the State Government with a focus on the conservation of plant biodiversity. Over the year, it has made significant contributions in the field of ex situ and in situ conservation and assessment of genetic diversity of various groups of plants and its related aspects.

Siddha Clinical Research Unit (SCRU) functioning under Central Council for Research in Siddha, (CCRS) Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India has proposed to engage the services of Senior Research Fellow (Botany)-1, Junior Research Fellow (Botany)-1 and Field Assistants-2 for the IMR project entitled “A survey on the ethno-medicinally important plants for common ailments in Tiruppur district, Tamil nadu”. The selection will be made on the basis of performance in Walk in Interview to be held at the office of Siddha Clinical Research Unit, Govt. Siddha Medical College Campus, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli - 627 002.

R. C. Patel Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Formerly known as R.C.
