IPQA Opening

Post : Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager

Experience : 8–10 Years
Department : IPQA

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP and regulatory requirements for in-process and finished products.
• Review and approve batch records, deviations, investigations and CAPA.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and timely closure of IPQA activities.
• Review and approve change controls, validation & qualification activities related to production.
• Monitor and analyze quality trends, OOS, OOT and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective resolution of quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective & preventive actions.
• Maintain IPQA-related SOPs, guidelines and quality systems.
• Support audit preparation and regulatory inspections.
• Mentor and guide junior team members for continuous improvement.

Requirements : B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc with 8–10 years core IPQA experience in pharma/biologicals.
