National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute (NABI), Mohali, is an autonomous R&D Institute under Government of India, Department of Biotechnology. The institute is a state of the art facility in globally competitive and translatable research areas at the interface of agricultural biotechnology, food processing and nutritional sciences. The posts are to be filled up on purely temporary basis initially for a period of six to twelve months under various task force studies under Division of Nutrition, ICMR and will be renewed with periodical evaluation and also depending upon the duration of the project.

The Indian Council of Medical Research awards the following categories of fellowships to young scientists to enable them to carry out research in the field of Biomedical sciences at the permanent Institutes of the Council, other Biomedical Research Institutes, Medical Colleges and Universities in India where adequate laboratories and other facilities to carry out research are available.
