Job Description:
Responsibilities :
•Effectively plan, execute, manage and deliver on all assigned simple or complex projects, in global regions. Provide leadership in program execution, resolution of issues, problem-solving, and decision-making.
•Provide leadership to cross-functional teams by helping define clear, realistic goals; removes barriers to team progress, and facilitate rapid decision-making.
•Plan program execution in detail including resource assignments (up to launch) and external expenditure. Lead the coordination of developing the business plan. This includes engaging external resources when necessary. Demonstrate personal ownership and commitment to project delivery.
•Manage and delegate resources in alignment with approved business plan. Escalate project issues in a timely manner to management, and personnel issues to Functional management.
•Serve as a liaison with the HPRC, Business Team and the Core Project Team. Update and communicate all needed issues as appropriate to facilitate rapid decision-making.
•Represent the project team in stage gate review meetings with the HPRC, Program Manager is expected to report team progress, highlight risks, clarify issues, suggest recommendations, and present next stage business plan. Adhere to Client Product Development Process.
•Develop, maintain and manage project budgets and provide project updates and information to support the financial reporting cycles.
•Engage program team and stakeholders. Organize and facilitate effective project meetings: Identify and delegates action items; follow-up/track action items to resolution; updates project plans & deliverables, as required; identifies issues and elevates conflict to higher management;
•Lead, champion, analyze and defend their assigned projects. Assess program risks, develop mitigation plans, lead the team in anticipating program execution issues, and develop innovative solutions to problems. Guide the team in decision making.
•Plan and coordinate product launch in relevant markets: Monitoring of progress of Regulatory review/approval, collaborate with Commercial and Supply Chain for inventory planning, interface with Operations, Procurement and associated functions for production and shipment of First Commercial Lots.
•For One2One programs: develop scope of work, manage customer relationship, communications, project invoicing as per milestones. Accountable for providing excellent customer service. Client PDP may not apply for One2One programs.
•Oversee and/or perform assigned Project Management Office duties.
•Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus at all times. Support / facilitate an innovative project focused culture. Identify conflicts and guide teams in resolution.
•Apply established processes and procedures. Proactively suggest areas for continuous improvement to existing processes.

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a technical field that is related to the organizational needs of the particular unit assigned (i.e., drug, device, etc.). A bachelor's degree is a requirement. Masters degrees or Doctoral degrees are also acceptable provided the incumbent has demonstrated project-planning skills. Formal Program Management certification or training is preferred. Business (MBA, PGDM etc.) degree is a plus. Excellent English communication skills required, with good interpersonal skills.

Experience:
Total of 8 to 15 years experience. 6 to 10 years' Project Management experience is REQUIRED including planning, execution, project close out and change management. Exposure to project financial management is a plus. The incumbent must have sucessfully demonstrated cross-functional project-planning and leadership skills. Cross-functional experience in different areas such as Development, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Operations, Medical, Commerical, Clinical or Regulatory is preferred but not required.
