Remuneration per month : (a) Rs. 31,000/- p.m. + HRA for those candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC / ICAR / ICMR NET incl. lectureship / assistant professorship or GATE OR those who have qualified National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT/DST or equivalent and/or their Agencies/Institutions. (b) Rs. 25,000/- p.m. + HRA for those who do not fall under (a) above.
Project Associate-II
Remuneration per month : (a) Rs. 35,000/- p.m. + HRA for those candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC / ICAR / ICMR NET incl. lectureship / assistant professorship or GATE OR those who have qualified National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT/DST or equivalent and/or their Agencies/Institutions. (b) Rs. 28,000/- p.m. + HRA for those who do not fall under (a) above.
Project Associate-II
Remuneration per month : ₹28,000/- p.m. + HRA (without any national level qualifications)
Senior Project Associate
Remuneration per month : ₹42,000/- p.m. + HRA

Terms & Conditions
1. The project positions shall initially be for the duration specified above. Extension of tenure may be considered based on project requirements and the recommendation of the Review Committee, in accordance with the applicable CSIR rules governing the engagement of Project Staff.
2. The tenure of engagement shall be co-terminus with the project. However, under no circumstances shall the total tenure exceed six years, including engagement in all CSIR labs. Performance will be reviewed periodically and unsatisfactory performance may lead to termination without any notice or reason.
3. The engagement is purely temporary & co-terminus with the project and therefore, does not confer any right / claim implicit or explicit for regularization or absorption against any IICB / CSIR post.
4. The age and qualifications will be reckoned as on the date of interview.
5. The relaxation in upper age limit of the candidates belonging to the category of SC / ST / PwBD / Women and the category of OBC shall be 05 years and 03 years respectively as per CSIR guidelines.

7. Candidates applying for multiple vacancies falling under different Selection Committees shall submit separate application forms for each Committee, clearly mentioning all relevant vacancy codes in the designated space provided in the respective application form.
8. Candidates who are in the final semester or whose results are awaited will not be eligible for above mentioned positions.
