Work as Pharmacist under AYUSH Public Health Programmes

Applications are invited for the following posts to work on outsourcing basis under AYUSH Public Health Programmes in Siddipet District up to 31.03.2027 under the administrative control of Director, Department of AYUSH, T.G., Secunderabad

Required qualification : i) Must possess any of the following qualifications : a. D Pharmacy b. B Pharmacy c. PharmaD
ii) Must be registered with the Telangana Pharmacy Council

Age
The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 44 years. The minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01/07/2026 with the following relaxations allowed for reckoning the maximum age limit as per rules: i. For S.C’s, S.T’s & BC’s 5 (Five) years. ii. For Ex-Service men 3 (Three) years in addition to the length of service in the armed forces. iii. Disabled persons 10 (ten) years.

Rules of Reservation
Rules of Reservation in respect of Community, Disability, Ex-service Men shall be strictly observed as per the Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, read with the relevant Specific Rules applicable. The Rule of Reservation of Local candidates is applicable as per Presidential order.

a) Application forms along with the instructions can be downloaded from the official website of Siddipet District (i.e., siddipet.telangana.gov.in).
b) Filled in application forms shall be submitted in person or through registered post at Government Integrated AYUSH Hospital, (Opposite Government Medical College - Siddipet) Ensanpally (Vil), Siddipet Urban (Mdl), Siddipet District, 502114. Applications which are received after due dates will be summarily rejected. The District Selection Committee is not responsible for postal delays.
c) Gazetted - attested copies of the following certificates should be enclosed with the application form.
1. SSC or equivalent examination
2. Intermediate or 10+2 examination
3. Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate
4. Marks memos of all the years (qualifying examination)
5. Registration Certificates of Board of Indian Medicine (for AYUSH Doctor with PG Qualification and Medical Officer Posts)
6. Registration Certificate of the Telangana Pharmacy Council (for Pharmacist post)
7. Latest Caste Certificates issued by the Tahsildar / MRO concerned
8. Study Certificate for the years from 4th Class to 10th class and in case of Private Study Residency Certificate from the Tahsildar / MRO concerned
9. PH Certificate in respect of candidates claiming reservation under PH Quota 10. Relevant Certificates in respect of candidates claiming Ex-service man quota
11. 1 Photographs duly pasted on the application form
12. Acknowledgment card.
