Selection Process : The selection process will be in two stages (Screening Test and Main Examination) and both the tests will be bilingual (English/Hindi).

a) Screening Test:
• Passing this examination is only for appearing in the main examination.

• No claim for final selection will be accepted on the basis of this examination result.
The marks of the screening test will not be counted in the main examination.

b) Mains:
• Final selection will be based on marks obtained in the main examination only.

Age Limit: For recruitment to all the posts mentioned in the table- 1, the candidate must have attained the age of 18 years as on of the last date of submission of applications and must not have attained the age of 40 years. Relaxation in
Age Limit:

12. The following steps are required to fill up the on-line application form: - Step-1
a. Please read all details of the advertisement, general instructions carefully before
applying.
b. Please use this step to give general information about yourself for Registration.
c. For registration, you need to have a valid Mobile Number & Email Id.
d. Candidates can edit filled details at any time before submitting form, except Basic
Details (First Page).

Step-3

Screening and important instructions: The candidates are advised to go through the Requirements viz age, educational qualification, experience, etc. as mentioned in the advertisement and satisfy themselves before applying that they are eligible for the respective post. In anticipation of a huge number of applicants, scrutiny of the eligibility criteria eg age, qualifications, experience, etc. will not be undertaken at the time of the Computer Based Test (CBT). Applications without application fee will be rejected. 14. Selection Process: The selection process will consist of two stages (Screening Examination and Main Examination), and both exams will be conducted bilingually (in Hindi and English).
Screening Examination:
• Qualifying in this examination is only for the purpose of appearing in the Main Examination.
• The result of the Screening Examination will not be considered for the final selection.
• No claim for final selection shall be entertained based on the result of this examination.
• The marks obtained in the Screening Examination will not be included in the Main Examination.
• From among the candidates who obtain the category-wise minimum qualifying marks in the
Screening Examination, only 10 times the number of advertised posts in each category will be included to appear in the Mains Examination.
Main Examination:
• Final selection will be based solely on the marks obtained in the Mains Examination.
• Final selection will be done category-wise based on merit and reservation norms.
c. Hall Ticket for the Computer Based Test (CBT): The applicants can print their hall ticket for the Computer Based Test (CBT) online from the Institute website. drrmlims.ac.in
d. Computer Based Test (CBT): The syllabus for both the exams (ie Screening & Mains) will be
same. For all the posts Screening & Mains exams will be conducted in bilingual format through a Computer Based Test (CBT). Exam duration of Screening and Mains
exam will be 02 hours and maximum marks for Screening and Mains exam will be 100 marks. Both exams will only include multiple choice questions (MCQs)

e. Negative Marking: 1 (one) mark will be awarded for each correct answer and 0.25 (ie

f. Qualifying Marks: Category-wise minimum qualifying marks for Screening & Mains exams for all the posts will
be as under:-
y 50% for Unreserved, EWS candidates. y 40% for SC, ST, OBC & PWDs candidates
g. Interview: Posts at Sl. No. 3, 4, 5 & 6: - As per merit in the Mains examination candidates will be called for
interview. Candidates who qualify for interview will be assessed in the interview and will be awarded marks out of 20. The candidates who qualify the (CBT) (written test) will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:5 for interview based on the theory merit.
The date(s) and time of interview for shortlisted candidates would be displayed on the institute's Website.
15. Final Merit List:
y For Posts Sl. No. 3, 4, 5 & 6 will be prepared based on aggregate marks obtained in mains exam and interview.
y For all other posts: The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in mains exam only for all categories (ie UR, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, PwBD etc.) separately and rank will be awarded to all qualified applicants. While preparing the merit list for the UR, all applicants (including those from the reserved categories) will be taken into
consideration based on merit, but while preparing the merit list for a reserved category, only applicants of that category will be taken into consideration. The same method will be applicable in all reserved categories.
16. Resolution of Tie: In cases where more than one candidate secures equal marks, the tie will
be resolved as follows:
• Total marks of the tied candidates
• Date of birth of the tied candidates. (Older candidates placed higher on the merit list) • Number of wrong answers/negative marks of the tied candidates (Less wrong answers/negative marks placed higher on the
merit list)
• Total marks I n the | core' section of the examination conducted. (Higher marks in the core section being
placed higher on the merit list) (for eg in the examination referred to above 60% questions pertained to the core subject Syllabus) ('core' section would be defined by the Examination Section of DrRMLIMS, for each exam, as needed)
• Application number of the candidate. (Earlier application number being placed higher
on the merit list)
17. Results: All results will be declared on the Institute website www.rmlims.ac.in.
Steps after selection:
• Pre-employment Medical examination: No candidate will be permitted to join the post, unless declared medically fit by the Medical Board constituted by the Institute for the purpose. The decision of the Board shall be final. With holding information about current or past illness/ treatment if discovered at a subsequent stage may result in appropriate disciplinary action that may include termination of appointment at any stage.
NOTE: All selections made against a specific advertisement shall be applicable only for that specific advertisement, and waiting list would be prepared as per the provisions of Government of UP in this regard.
Other Observations-
a) Higher qualification will not be considered a disqualification for any post.
b) Working experience in Government/ semi government/reputed organization (wherever
applicable) will include experience either on regular post or Contractual/outsourced, with accompanying evidence based certificate. Applicant will submit an affidavit that experience mentioned in the certificate is true and Dr. RMLIMS, Lucknow will verify the facts from the concerned Institution/
Party.
c) For posts having experience as an Essential Criteria, the experience which has been
acquired only after obtaining essential qualification will be considered as valid. (Post qualification experience)
d) Any dispute with regard to any matter referred herein shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
Lucknow court alone.
MISCELLANEOUS INSTRUCTIONS
a) Only Indian nationals need to apply.
b) The date, time and venue of examination will be provided on the admit card.
c) The above vacancies are provisional. The Director of the Institute reserves the right to make any changes in the vacancies including reserved vacancies.
d) The applicants, who do not have requisite qualification & experience up to the last date for submission of online application, will not be considered and will be summarized rejected.
e) Canvassing information of any kind will be a disqualification of candidature.
f) The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
g) The Competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and
changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving notice.

21. Force majeure: If the written test / skilled test or examination/interview wherever applicable, is postponed or
canceled (in part or in full) due to any reason whatsoever beyond the control of the organizers (viz. elements of nature, force majeure or orders/directives issued by any competent government authority), the institute shall not be responsible for any loss or injury sustained by the candidates directly or indirectly.
