For the improvement of health facilities at Community Health Center Chhotedongar and Primary Health Center Benur from the District Mineral Trust Fund, a walk-in interview is being held at the office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Narayanpur, District Narayanpur (CG). Applicants can submit their applications in the prescribed format by appearing in person on 13/10/2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Applications received after the stipulated time will not be considered.

Essential Educational / Professional Qualification : Pharmacist Course Passed & Live Registration in Chhattisgarh Registration Council.
Basis of Selection : 70% marks for educational qualification and 10 marks for experience (2 marks per year) (maximum 5 years) and interview - 20 marks
Note : 1. Qualified candidates should submit their applications along with documents to the office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Narayanpur. Applications will not be accepted after the stipulated time.
Important conditions and guidelines regarding contract recruitment
1. Applicants can submit their applications by downloading the application form as advertised on the district website narayanpur.gov.in.
2. Experience certificates from government/semi-government institutions (Central and Chhattisgarh government undertakings) will only be valid. Work experience related to the post will be awarded 2 points per year, with a maximum of 10 points. One year will be counted only after completing the previous year. (Applicants must attach an office order with the experience certificate. Experience points will not be awarded if the office order is not available.)
3. It is mandatory to be a native of Chhattisgarh.
4. All certificates attached to the application form must be attached properly.
5. Arrange them in the prescribed order. (1) Application Form (2) Educational Qualification Certificate (3) Caste Certificate (4) Residence Certificate (5) Employment Registration (6) Experience/No Objection Certificate (7) Other Certificates 6. Candidates must affix a self-attested, recent passport-sized photograph in the space provided on the application form. Otherwise, the application will be considered rejected.
7. Candidates will be disqualified if their educational qualifications and experience are from the same period.
8. Honorarium: A monthly lump-sum honorarium will be payable during the contract period; no additional allowances/facilities will be payable.
9. Documents must be submitted by the deadline for claims and objections.
10. The contract appointment for the above posts will be valid until March 31, 2020. However, the department may decide to extend the contract based on the need and after assessing the suitability of the contract appointee.
11. The validity of the waiting list will be for one year.
12. The contract appointment can be terminated at any time after the selected candidate reports to work by giving one month's notice or one month's salary. Similarly, before submitting a resignation, any candidate must give one month's notice or deposit one month's salary.
13. This contract appointment will be completely temporary and non-transferable. Upon issuance of the appointment order, the concerned person will be required to report to their original place of posting within the stipulated time period, otherwise the candidate's appointment order will be automatically cancelled.
14. If, at any stage of the selection process, it is found that a candidate is attempting to influence the fair selection process in any way, their application will be rejected and no claim will be entertained in this regard.
15. The Chairman/Collector, District Health Committee, District Narayanpur, will have the sole authority to take the final decision on any dispute or problem arising during the recruitment process, which will be acceptable to all.
16. Employees working in government/semi-government institutions will be required to submit a No Objection Certificate issued by the employer, otherwise their application will not be considered.
17. No information will be provided to candidates regarding incomplete, ambiguous, or erroneous applications. Each applicant should carefully review the instructions in the advertisement and fill in all the information in the application form, ensuring that they are correct and complete. If any information in the application form is found to be incomplete or erroneous, the applicant will be solely responsible for it. Based on this error or incompleteness, the application form may be rejected at any stage of the selection process without prior notice.
18. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes must submit a permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
19. Only applications from candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for the post advertised in the advertisement will be accepted.
20. The number of posts may be increased or decreased in the future.
21. The candidate's signature and self-attested photograph must be affixed in the designated space on the application, otherwise the application will be rejected.
22. The experience certificate submitted by the candidate must be issued by the employer, clearly indicating the name of the relevant organization, dispatch number/date, position in which the experience is held, and the period from which the experience is held. Otherwise, the experience certificate will not be considered.
23. Age Limit: The minimum age as on January 1, 2025 should be 18 years and a maximum of 70 years for medical positions, and 64 years for managerial positions. Age will be calculated from January 1, 2025. This age limit includes all applicable age relaxations.
24. Upon appointment, all submitted documents will be verified. If any contradictory or unfavorable evidence is found in any of the documents, the appointment order will be cancelled with immediate effect.
25. Candidates must be present on the document verification day with the following original documents:
1. 10th mark sheet
2. Mark sheets for all years of undergraduate/postgraduate examination
3. Relevant degree/diploma
4. Registration with the relevant council
5. Caste certificate issued by the competent authority
6. Domicile certificate issued by the competent authority
7. Disability certificate (issued by the District Medical Board)
8. Experience certificate. This certificate will only be valid from a government institution.
26. A valid registration with the District Employment Office is mandatory. (Attach a photocopy).
27. Selection Process and Interview The final selection list will be prepared based on the following:
A. Educational Qualification - 70 percent.
B. Experience Marks - 10 marks (2 marks will be awarded for each year of experience).
Experience certificates from government/semi-government institutions (Central and Chhattisgarh Government undertakings) will only be valid. Applicants must bring the original office order, seal, and signature along with the experience certificate. In the absence of the office order, experience marks will not be awarded.
C. Interview Test - 20 Marks
Out of the 20 marks, applicants must secure 30 percent (6 marks). Applicants scoring less than 30 percent will be disqualified.
28. If a candidate fails to appear for the interview based on merit, they will be declared ineligible.
29. The waiting list will remain valid for one year after the declaration of the exam results.
