Post : Quality Control (QMS) – Sr. Officer to Executive
Role Overview
We are looking for talented QC professionals with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GLP, GMP, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Job Description
• Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintain quality records.
• Perform analytical testing and complete related QC documentation.
• Review specifications, STPs, protocols, and other QC documentation using statistical analysis.
• Develop and update SOPs in alignment with GMP requirements.
• Conduct training programs and build competency within the QC team.
• Ensure Good Documentation Practices (GDP) are followed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain Instrument Qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Oversee preventive maintenance and instrument calibration; coordinate repairs.
• Approve COAs based on raw data verification.
• Ensure proper labeling of chemicals and materials within the QC lab.
• Participate in regulatory and non-regulatory audits.
• Support timely release of products and materials.
• Investigate OOS/OOT results, deviations, lab incidents, change controls, and recommend CAPA.
