Job Description
• Act as Global Lead for medical surveillance projects managing a team of specialists
• Deliver project-specific training, operational execution, and quality control
• Set up new clinical projects and SOPs in collaboration with sponsors and physicians
• Represent the Medical Surveillance Team in client, investigator, and project meetings
• Monitor clinical laboratory data trends and identify safety signals
• Communicate critical insights impacting clinical study outcomes
• Ensure laboratory data reporting aligns with protocol and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot data access and reporting issues with IT and lab teams
• Verify site performance and compliance with study requirements
• Maintain updated knowledge via medical journals, training, and seminars

Candidate Profile
Candidates must have a background in Life Sciences or Healthcare, including :
• Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, PharmD)
• Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology)
• Medical Laboratory Sciences / Nursing / Physiotherapy
• Healthcare Degrees (MBBS, BDS, BHMS. BAMS. MDS)

Skills Required
• Strong understanding of clinical research and pharmacovigilance
• Ability to interpret clinical laboratory data and safety trends
• Knowledge of ICSR, medical review and drug safety processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving ability for clinical data and system issues
