Post : Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager / Manager - Quality Management System (QMS)
Seeking a QA professional to support, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System The role ensures compliance with GMP, GOP, MHRA. and EU regulations, while coordinating quality-related activities with CMOs, suppliers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and manage the OMS lo ensure compliance with GMP, GDP and corporate standards
• Prepare, review, and control SOPs, deviations,
• CAPAs, change controls, and risk assessments
• Support batch certification and product releaso activities
• Coordinate with CMOs. supp^s, and contract laboratories on quality matters
• Monitor and report quality performance metrics
• Support and coordinate activities under MIA and WDA licenses
• Coordinate internal audits and external supplier/CMO audits; track CAPA implementation
• Manage document control system and Artwork Management
• Support regulatory inspections and ensure continuous inspection readiness
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance across all operations
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
• 3 to 12 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical QMS roles
• In-depth knowledge of EU GMP. GDP. MHRA. and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Hands-on experience with OMS processes, deviation, CAPA, and change control management
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
