Post : Clinical Systems Admin (GSS)

Job Summary
• Performs general administration of all GSS specific software, both installed and Software as a Service, to include, but not limited to:
* Installation Qualification on GSS user systems where required
* User management
* Configuration management
* Billing management
* License management
• Performs general administration of all GSS Amazon Webservices (AWS) environment, as directed by Principal Cloud Architect, to include, but not limited to:
* User management
* Configuration management of AWS services
* Billing management
• Creates and maintains Installation Qualification for all GSS specific software installed on GSS user systems.
• Performs product installation or upgrades by following Installation Qualification, gathering all required evidence and associated documentation as dictated by the Installation Qualification.
• Performs monthly product vulnerability scanning for all client instances and internal controlled instances.
• Manages client instance monitoring and acts as 1st line support when monitor detects a system outage.
• Create monitoring and log review schedule and execute accordingly.
• Performs Data Feed installation and commissioning as directed by GSS Operations.
• Other duties as assigned

•  Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage system administration activities effectively.
* Plan and establish timelines to meet or exceed business expectations for administration tasks.
* Plan and execute, or manage the execution of, the change control process.
* Execute scheduled review of logs and monitors for system health and remediate where necessary.
* Work with other team members to create appropriate Installation Qualification approaches.
•  Utilize strong working knowledge of SOPs, validation standards, and work procedures to suggest potential improvements and to provide training and guidance to all staff.

•  Support management of metrics.
•  Assist with investigating or resolving issues of quality as directed.
•  Staff and Financial Management
•  Understand implications of activities to project budgets.
•  Process Improvement
•  Suggest process improvements where issues are seen.
•  Support Six Sigma process improvement teams.

Training / SOPs
•  Reviews training materials for staff.
•  Mentor and support other clinical employees in their understanding and execution of system administration responsibilities.
•  Active member of SOP review teams as assigned.

•  Lead or assist with special projects as designated.
•  Perform other duties as assigned by management.
