The Retail Business Division of HLL Lifecare Limited has set up AMRIT Pharmacies at AIIMS Patna and other Government Hospitals in Bihar, for which the company is looking for dynamic and performance-driven professionals with the right attitude for the following positions on a Fixed Term Contract basis.

Assistant Pharmacist
D.Pharm / B.Pharm Freshers can apply

Pharmacist Grade IV
D.Pharm / B.Pharm with minimum 2 years post qualification experience in retail pharmacy

Pharmacist Grade III
D.Pharm / B.Pharm with minimum 4 years post qualification experience in retail pharmacy

Pharmacist Grade II
D. Pharm / B.Pharm with minimum 6 years post qualification experience in retail pharmacy

Pharmacist Grade I
D.Pharm / B.Pharm with minimum 8 years post qualification experience in retail pharmacy

Officer Operations
B.Pharm / D.Pharm
D.Pharm : Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in the retail pharmacy business in a supervisory or in-charge role. B.Pharm : Minimum 3 years of post – qualification experience in the retail pharmacy business in a supervisory or in-charge role.

Selection procedure
The selection process for the positions of Pharmacist (Grade IV to I), and Assistant Pharmacist and Officer Operations comprises of written test and interview.
The written test for all the posts comprises of multiple-choice questions which should be answered in 30 minutes’ time and the maximum mark for the written examination is 50. There are no negative marks for wrong answers.

Age : The maximum age limit for applying to the above positions is 37 years as of 01.08.2025

General Conditions
1. Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
2. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
3. SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates will be eligible for relaxation as per Government of India directives.
4. The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be same as the cut of date for calculating Qualification & Post Qualification Experience of the candidates.
5. HLL reserves the right to cancel, restrict, or modify the selection process, or to not fill any or all of the posts notified, at its discretion. The number of vacancies may also be increased or decreased based on organizational requirements.
6. The decision of Management regarding selection will be final.
7. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
8. Candidates are required to bring all their original certificates along with self- attested copies to prove age, qualification, mark sheets, experience certificates, latest salary certificate with break-up, Aadhaar, PAN, and recent passport-size photographs for verification. SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates must produce their community certificate in original issued by the concerned Revenue Authorities. Failure to produce the original certificates will result in disqualification from the selection test
9. The appointment will be on a Fixed Tenure Contract basis.
10. The proposed place of posting shown in detail may vary as per the business requirement, management keeps the right for the final place of posting as deemed fit.
11. Only candidates with relevant QUALIFICATION and EXPERIENCE will be permitted to attend the written test.
12. Candidates applying for the post of Pharmacist (Grade IV to I) / Assistant Pharmacist must submit their State Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate in order to obtain the pharmacy license for the outlet.
