• Highest level therapeutic expertise
• High level of expertise in sub-functional areas e.g. clinical trial design and a firm grasp of the scientific and regulatory facets of drug development
• A proven track record in drug development at the utmost level, ideally including some years in the US and/or in a world class academic institution and extensively published in medical journals
• Excellent external relationships and reputation with KOLs in therapeutic area.
• Proven record of effective interactions and partnership with drug discovery and commercial peers/groups
• Strong insight and understanding of successful commercialisation
