Job Description
• Drive SOP writing/review process, prepare timelines, plan deliverables and ensure efficient follow up to meet deadlines.
• Proofread documents; update/correct English, plain language and common logic.
• Create and update template, layouts and format according to NN standard guidelines
• Format /import input from various file types into templates
• Advise and support stakeholders in cases of errors in their documents with focus to increase understanding and Right first Time/RFT
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in cross-functional and global collaboration and sharing of better practices and knowledge.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and competencies within relevant professional areas.
• The tasks will to a large extent be performed independently in agreement with the immediate superior and in accordance with project goals, Novo Nordisk SOPs and applicable internal and external requirements.
• The job requires good communication and analytical skills. In order to meet timelines, SOP must be good at planning own work, and be proactive when problems arise and seek help from relevant people.
• Decisions are generally taken in collaboration with the group of people involved in the task, and/or the immediate superior.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent. Preferably education in English and communication as a subject.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience working in a global corporate company
• 3-4 years of relevant working experience in preparing SOPs and thorough knowledge in technical writing, proof reading other’s documents and editing in plain language
• Highly proficient with the following software applications/tools
• MS Word 2010
• PowerPoint, Visio, Excel
• Experience or knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge or experience working with different cultures and stakeholder management
• Basic project management skills
