1)AREA MANAGER [AM]- PHARMA TRADE
No. of Post: 01 [General]
Head Quarter : Calicut
For the post of Area Manager the candidates should be a Graduate in Science or Commerce. Age around 30 years, with a minimum of three years of experience as a front line Manager, in selling the Pharma Products and will be responsible for achieving the sales target of pharma products of his area. The salary [CTC] will be around Rs. 5 lakhs per annum.

2)REGIONAL SALES MANAGER–PHARMA TRADE

Head Quarter : Chandigarh & Lucknow
For the Post of Regional Sales Manager the candidate should be Graduate in Science or Commerce, Age around 35 years (5 years relaxation for SC candidates), with a minimum of five to six years of experience as a front Line Manager or as RSM with 2 to 3 years experience in sales of Pharma Products with thorough knowledge of the Indian Pharmaceutical Industries and will be responsible for achieving sales targets of his region by motivating and developing a team of Area Managers and Professional Service Representatives. The salary [CTC] will be around Rs. 7.5 lakhs per annum.
  Relaxation in eligibility criteria may be considered for the above posts for exceptionally deserving candidates. 
The Candidates working in Govt. Dept./ Public Sector undertaking are required to forward their application through proper channel / produce No Objection Certificate.


3)PROFESSIONAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES [PSRs] -

For the post of Professional Sales Representative / Medical Representative, the candidates should be a graduate in Pharmacy/ Science/ Commerce/ Arts and should have minimum one year experience in selling Pharma Products in any pharmaceutical company. Marketing experience in Private Hospitals/ Corporate Hospitals / Nursing Homes/ Govt Hospitals/ Institutions will have an added advantage. Candidate should be prepared to travel extensively in his given head quarter. Age should be around 26 years for general candidates (5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates). We offer consolidated salary upto Rs. 13,000/- per month during probationary period, plus TA/DA and incentives and after confirmation of service, salary will be around Rs. 17,000/- per month plus TA/DA and incentives. 
Relaxation in eligibility criteria may be considered for the above post for exceptionally deserving candidates. 
The Candidates working in Govt. Depts./ Public Sector undertakings are required to produce No Objection Certificate at the time of interview.
