Vacancy for Pharmacist at District Health Society

District Health Society has announced to fill up the following posts on contract basis for the next 11 months with fixed monthly remuneration and to create a waiting list for the same.

No of posts : 03 (RBSK-1, NHM-2)
Qualification : Should have done Pharmacy Degree Course (B.Pharm / D.Pharm) from a recognized University/College and should be registered with Gujarat Pharmacy Council and candidate should be computer qualified.
Age Limit (as on 29-02-2024) : 40 years
Salary : Rs. 13,000/- Fix

Conditions
(1) Nominated candidates cannot be transferred to other districts.
(2) The recruitment process will be done on the basis of merit as per the guidelines of the Government.
(3) In case of identical merit, preference shall be given to the candidate having higher age limit.
(4) Applications with incomplete details, candidates not attaching educational qualification, experience, above HSC Graduate Attemp Certificate or required certificates will be considered invalid.
(5) Only the applications made through arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in portal from 16/03/2024 to 22/03/2024 will be valid, while applications received through other means and applications received after the time limit will be invalid. .

(6) Scanned copy of legible original document shall be compulsorily uploaded in the software.
(7) Pharmacist and L.H.V. / Candidates of FHS cadre who have done Gujarat Council registration renewal have to create and upload a PDF file along with the registration certificate along with the renewal access/slip.
(8) Candidates of District Finance Assistant Cadre will have to give computer practical exam as well as account software exam.
(9) All the eligible candidates among the applied candidates have to attend at their own expense for document verification at the place : Zilla Panchayat Office - Devbhumi Dwarka (Khambhalia) on the day and time fixed by the office. The candidature of the candidate absent on that day will be considered cancelled.
(10) In case of computer educational qualification, as per the recruitment rules, having passed the examination with computer subject in class 10 and 12 will not be accepted. Candidates must have done Diploma/Certificate course.
(11) The final decision on the appointment shall be subject to the prevailing conditions of the District Health Society and the National Health Mission.
