Post : Clinical Research Coordinator
Job Description
1. Obtaining the feasibility questionnaire filled by the potential Investigator and sharing it with the sponsor.
2. Submitting/Sharing all the documents related to assigned trial with the sponsor and IEC and vice versa.
3. Coordinating with the investigator and the sponsors in PSSV (Pre- site selection Visits)
4. Involving in a particular Clinical trial only after thoroughly trained in the protocol and delegated in the assigned trial.
5. Attending investigator meeting(s)
6. Preparing for study initiation (SIV) along with the PI and others by the sponsor.
7. Guiding trial subjects about protocol expectations for them.
8. Recruiting,Screening, Randomizing and scheduling patient Visits.
9. Getting voluntary subject consent
10. Performing study/protocol procedures in a detailed, accurate manner
11. Maintaining study files
12. Coordinating with the finance or administrative departments in study budget and payments, including invoicing the sponsor for completed work
13. Tracking subjects, avoiding lost-to-follow-up.
14. Reporting and documenting an adverse event and serious adverse events as per applicable regulatory guidelines.
15. Processing and shipping the Investigational products and lab work
16. Maintaining communication and correspondence (by telephone, email, fax, etc.) with subjects, sponsor, monitor and other site study personnel, including IEC, Sponsor and regulatory.
17. Completing case report forms (CRF) for PI review and approval
18. Coordinating in monitoring visits ( Sponsor) and audits ( Internal, Sponsors and Regulatory)
19. Maintaining study-specific supplies.
20. Preparing for study closure and archiving
21. Any other clinical trial activity as assigned by the Group Head.
