Vacancy for Outbound Lead at Nextgen Pharma

Next Gen Pharma mainly caters B2B and B2C orders to end customers and retails. We are having more than 200 employees in pan India.

Post : Outbound Lead

Responsibilities
• Certify checkers capability on monthly/ quarterly basis
• Reporting productivity on daily basis
• Q&C on sample % of daily order processing by his/her team
• Tracking and reporting of Q&C done on google sheet
• Giving feedback on errors committed by team and repeated instances to be actioned as per company policy

Candidate Profile
• At least 1 year experience as QC/Pharmacist/Outbound
• Fluency in excel. Reporting of monitoring on daily basis
• Willing to work in night shift
• Should be a graduate or additional experience of 1 year
• Ability to handle 50+ manpower in a shift.
• Any E commerce outbound leading experience.
