Job Description
• Purpose-Supporting the GAMAHA&IB team to create short term and long term business opportunities in State Governments (East & Central India) specially within the non communicable disease therapy areas. Inclusion of BI brands into State Government formulary, NCD and other designated Institutes. To work closely with NHM/NCD to initiate and follow up on projects around non communicable diseases.
• Duties & Responsibilities-Identify and develop Institutional Business opportunities in State Government, PSU etc. by getting the targeted brands into the formulary of States and NCD through KOL engagement and coordination between Institutional sales, Medical, Marketing and Market Access teams.
• Following up with State NCD on Projects related to BI therapy areas to increase availability of Thrombolytic Agents at District Hospital levels. At least two New NCD Project Initiation to be initiated in States.
• opportunities in State Government, PSU etc. by getting the targeted brands into the formulary of States and NCD through KOL engagement and coordination between Institutional sales, Medical, Marketing and Market Access teams.
• Following up with State NCD on Projects related to BI therapy areas to increase availability of Thrombolytic Agents at District Hospital levels. At least two New NCD Project Initiation to be initiated in States.
• Managing channel partners for State Government inclusion in coordination with IB team.
• Keeping a close eye on policy changes in relevant  accounts and informing them on a timely basis
• Legal & Regulatory Requirements -All Applicable legal and compliance policies of BI

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor Degree -Pharmacy/Science
• MBA/ MPH Preferred.
• Execution excellence

• Adaptability is critical to quickly respond to changing situations and priorities
• Analysis and decision making - Demonstrate strong problem solving and decision making acclimating to various customer needs, interests and processes. Relate to and compare data from different sources. Commit a course of action based on logical assumptions and factual information.
Job Expertise - Understanding of Indian government and public health care eco-system

Well versed with procurement system of different states
Experience of working in key accounts or project management
5 years experience of working in similar roles
•  Required to travel extensively
