Applications are invited from the eligible Registered Pharmacists of District Anantnag to work on Profit Sharing basis in the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendras (PMBJKs) under Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Pariyojna (PMBJP) at various Health Institutions of District Anantnag.

Qualification / Eligibility : Qual: -10+2 with Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharmacy) or Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharmacy) Training course from SMF or any other recognized Institute/University.

Selection Criteria
(i) 10+2 = 20 points
(ii) Diploma in Pharmacy(D.Pharmacy) orDegree in Pharmacy (B.Pharmacy) = 60 Points.
(iii) Viva voce = 20 Points.
Total Points = 100.

Terms & Conditions
1. Candidate shall be unemployed for which he/she has to give an undertaking to the effect on stamp paper duly attested by the 1 stClass Judicial Magistrate.
2. Candidate shall have working knowledge of operating computer for billing purpose.
3. The candidates shall be a pharmacist, registered with J&K Pharmacy Council.
4. PMJAKs shall run on 24x7 basis under the supervision of concerned Medical Superintendent / Block Medical Officer.
5. Out of total 20% margin on MRP of each drug as per guidelines, each Registered Pharmacists shall be provided 7.5% (For Two Pharmacists, the Total shall be 15%) of margin on MRP of each drug and the rest of 5% of the margin shall go to the Hospital Development Fund of concerned Hospital.
6. Engagement of pharmacists in PMBJK is a temporary arrangement for three years on performance basis and shall not conformany right of his/her permanent absorption/regularization in the department and can be terminated any time without notice
7. The Registered Pharmacists hired for the Kendra shall be designated as Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra Manager. He shall provide full time services to the Kendra and shall be responsible for day-to-day activities / management of the Kendra.
8. The Registered Pharmacists hired as Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra Manager shall work on Profit Sharing Basis as per the guidelines.
9. The Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra Manager shall be responsible for maintaining sufficient inventory of medicines and other consumables/ surgical items which are available in the product basket of Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Pariyojna (PMBJK).
10. The Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra Manager shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the agreement reached between Operating Agency & PMBI.
11. The Registered Pharmacist whose services are hired asPradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra Managershall have to enter into an agreement with the Department through the relevant Institutional Head and PMBI attested by 1st Class Magistrate stating that he/she will abide by all the terms and conditions laid down by the Department and further shall not claim any regular appointment/regularization in the department in lieu of this agreement.
12. The Operating Agency of the Kendra shall execute a memorandum of understanding with PMBI. The Owner shall be the Medical Superintendent/ Block Medical Officer & Pharmacist(s) selected as Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushdhi Kendra Manager and they will sign the agreement with PMBI.
13. That, Continuation of Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra Manager shall be based on his/her performance vouched with by the Committee on the basis of report submitted by the Medical Superintendent/Block Medical Officer concerned.
14. That, in case of unsatisfactory performance by the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra Manager, hired to work in the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra, the committee shalI be well within its power to terminate the services of Registered Pharmacists(s) and substitute it by selecting another Registered Pharmacist by following the due selection process.
15. All the billing shall be done by using software provided by PMBI. No medicines can be sold in the PMBJK without using the software provided by PMBI.
16. Taxes as applicable under rules shall be paid by assesses.
17. Application (s) can be rejected by the Recruitment Committee if found not falling in the required criteria.
18. Number of posts is indicative only and may increase or decrease.
19. Other detail s regarding this Advertisement Notice be had from the Office of Chief Medical officer Anantnag. Interested candidates from the District Anantnag can only apply by submitting their applications on the prescribed format, which can be had
from the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Anantnag at Moominabad Papibal, Anantnag. The duly filled in application form along-with all the required/relevant documents mentioned below and recent passport size photographs (attested) should reach in the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Anantnag within 10 (Ten) Days from the date of publication of this notification.

f) NOC from District Industry Centre and District Employment Officer.
g) Affidavit for unemployment duly attested by 1st Class Judicial Magistrate
