- Responsibilities and Key Tasks
- Prescription Auditing (IP & OP)
- Hospital Drug Formulary updations
- Hospital Drug Information contributions
- Coordinating Pharmacy & Therapeutic Committee meetings (central &
- regional) & Drafting minutes
- Imparting continuous education & training to paramedical (nurses & pharmacists) & medical staff (junior emergency doctors) regarding safe & proper drug prescription & administration
- Imparting continuous patient counseling regarding safe drug usage
- Promoting patient safety & clinical performance standards
- Monitoring & documenting Adverse Drug Events & ADRs
- To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
- To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
- To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
- To Comply with patient safety policy.
- To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system.
Candidate Profile
M. Pharm /MD (Pharmacology) or PhD (Pharmacology).
Additional Information
Experience : 2-4 years
