Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the following posts under National Health Mission, Odisha on contractual basis for a period of 11 months with monthly remuneration as noted against each and subject to renewal as per Society norms basing on the performance and subject to continuance of the programme. Lower age limit for all the posts is 21 years.

Age as on 1st July 2014: Up to 40 yrs

Remuneration: Rs. 10,000/- (Fixed)

Eligibility: S/he must have passed B.Pharmacy from AICTE / PCI approved institutions with minimum 1 yr. post qualification experience in a reputed Hospital or Health Centre recognized by the Govt. or D.Pharmacy from AICTE / PCI approved institutions with minimum 3 years post qualification experience in a reputed Hospital or Health Centre recognized by the Govt. S/he should have knowledge in computer application (MS Office) and well conversant with local language. S/he should have good communication skill.

Job description:
1. She/he shall be posted / assigned duties at the Casualty Department of the hospital on X hourly shift basis and shall be available at the casualty department during the duty hours.
2. She/he shall be under the administrative control of the Superintendent / CMC) of the Hospital & directly work under Casualty Medical officer.
3. She/he shall be performing duties only related to the 108 ambulance services under OEMAS. She/he exclusively can also be assigned any other duties in the Casualty Department by the CMO / Casualty OfTiccr.
4. She/he shall be responsible for maintaining all records pertaining to the patients brought to the hospital by the 108 ambulancc scrviccs like first-drop-in. admission to the conccmed hospital, inter-facility transfer and final discharge / disposal of patients brought to the hospital after completion of treatment.
5. On receipt of information from either Call Centre of OEMAS or the EMT on board the ambulance regarding arrival of a patient at the casualty department, she/he shall ensure that the patient is attended by the Casualty Medical Officer at the earliest possible. She/he shall acknowledge the arrival / receipt of the patient in the form of either signing the PCR record of the ambulance or facilitating the EMT in obtaining the OPD / IPD number of the casualty department of the hospital.
6. Whenever any patient is being shifted to any other hospital for inter-facility transfer due to non availability of a procedure / facility at the hospital, she/he shall maintain the record for such inter-facility transfer and further follow up.
7. In case of death of any patient brought by 108 ambulancc services at the casualty department or at any department of the hospital, she/he shall maintain records of such deaths.
8. She/he shall be submitting a monthly report on his performances at the casualty department to the OEMAS Cell at the office of NRHM, Odisha. A segregated Report will be submitted for JSSK beneficiaries availing OEMAS services.
9. The ToR is subject to revision / modification as per the need of the facility and services provided.
10. Any other work assigned by the reporting authority from time to time.

vi. Interested candidates for the position of Casualty Manager (Sl. No. 11) shall send their System Generated Application duly signed along with self attested copies of all supportive documents to the office of the CDMO-cum-District Mission Director, Khurda / Cuttack / Ganjam (Not to Mission Directorate, NHM) so as to reach on or before 31.07.2014 ( by 5.00 P.M.) through Regd. Post / Speed Post / Courier only and the envelope containing the application should be superscribed clearly name of the post applied for. For this post a candidate is allowed to apply for one district only. Application received for more than one district shall be summarily rejected.
vii. Incomplete application in any form will be rejected.
viii. If any candidate is found to have suppressed any material information or furnished false information / documents, his/her case shall not be considered for the post applied for and in case already engaged on the basis of the said information / documents, his / her service shall be terminated from the Society forthwith. Candidates who have been disengaged earlier from the OSH&FW Society on administrative ground such as disobedience / poor performances/ misbehavior/ criminal activity etc. are not eligible to apply.
ix. This office will not be held responsible for any postal delay. No application will be entertained after dt 31.07.2014 (5.00 P.M.). No personal correspondence / queries will be entertained. All communication will be made through e-mail / official website.
x. The panel for above positions shall also remain valid for similar post / s in other programmes under NHM ambit with difference in remuneration, as will be decided by the Society.
xi. Number of vacancies / remuneration as mentioned under this advertisement may vary at the time of actual engagement.
