Job description

Design brand marketing strategies to ensure sales and profitability targets achievement

Ensure Rx/Rxer and MS growth of the brand assigned
-
Ensure connect with sales force to ensure execution of the brand promotional campaigns
-
Ensure on going analysis of internal and external brand performance
-
Insight mining and understanding customer behaviour, designing promotional strategies accordingly

High inter personal relationship with people at HO and Field
-
Ensure competitors mapping to remain pro active
-
Monitoring promotional expenses month on month to be within the budget

Excellent communication: Oral/ Written/ Presentation

Being aware about you brand, competition, Market, customers and changing dynamics and modifying brand promotional strategies accordingly

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Average 7 Days/ Month
