The Tata Memorial Center (TMC) is an autonomous institution under the administrative control of Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. The TMC umbrella includes at least 10 cancer institutes across India, the largest and the central hub of which is the Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH) in Parel, Mumbai, is India's oldest and largest cancer institute.
Post : Clinical Pharmacist
Age : Up to 35 Years
Qualification :
• Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D) or equivalent qualification.
• Post-doctoral fellowship or experience in clinical pharmacy.
• Candidates with additional certifications in hospital or clinical pharmacy will be preferred.
• Registration with the Pharmacy Council of India.
Experience :
• Minimum of 3-5 years of post-doctoral experience in clinical pharmacy.
• Proven experience in monitoring for adverse drug reactions, reporting to regulatory authorities and participating pharmacovigilance activities.
• Proven experience in providing direct patient care, including medication reconciliation, drug information and counseling.
• Strong understanding of NABH accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Remuneration : Rs. 30,000/- p.m
Eligible Candidates may attend the interview at H.R.D. Department, Outsourcing Cell, 4th floor, Service Block Building, Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. E. Borges Road, Parel, Mumbai – 400012. The candidates are required to carry their updated Resume, Passport size Photograph, xerox copies of Aadhaar card, PAN card, Educational Certificates and Experience Certificates. All outstation candidates are required to make a note that accommodation will not be provided. In case of more candidates, MCQ Test will be conducted and eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the interview, accordingly.
