Applications are invited from the eligible candidates to fill the certain posts under NHM in Mahabubnagar District on contract basis to work for a period of one year or till actual need ceases whichever is earlier. Note : Candidates are hereby requested to submit the University-approved conversion formula/method for converting Grade Points/CGPA into equivalent marks/percentage, wherever applicable, to facilitate preparation of the merit list as per the prescribed rules.

Recruitment shall be done by the District Selection Committee

Selection Procedure :
I. Selection will be done as per MERIT on Aggregate marks obtained in all the as per educational guidelines
II. Rule of Reservation shall be followed as per Government Orders from time to time
III. Presidential Orders 2018 is to be followed.
IV. Roster is to be followed for more than one post. Existing Roaster will be continued
V. Notification shall be issued by the District Selection Committee.

AGE
The minimum age is 18 years and maximum ages 44 years in terms of (Rule-12 (1) (a) (v) of Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996). The minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned as on 1-7-2026 with the following relaxations allowed fore locking the maximum age limit as per rules in force.

Physically Handicapped persons : 10 Years ; 54 Years
Ex Servicemen : 3 Years ; 47 Years

The method of recruitment is as follows as:–
a. (i) Total marks are 100 of which 90 marks will be allotted based on the marks obtained in qualifying examination and 10 marks will be awarded for the age. Weight-age for age will be reckoned from 18 years of age of the candidate. 0.5 mark will be awarded for one completed year of age with a maximum of 10 marks. The age will be reckoned as on 01-07-2024.(Example 1.If a candidate completes 20 years as on 01- 07-2024, he/she will be awarded 1.0 mark; Example 2. If a candidate completes 30 years of age as on 01-07-2021, he/she will be awarded 6.0 marks; Example 3. If a candidate completes 40 years of age as on 01-07-2024, he/she will be awarded 10.0 marks).
(ii) Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained with above Criteria and Displayed on Official website of the concerned District Collector, for transparency and also for calling objections.
(iii) Selections list will be prepared from the finalized merit list duly following the Rule of Reservation (RoR) and Presidential Orders.
(iv) The Selected candidates shall maintain the Headquarters.
b. These vacancies are initially filled for a period of one year and liable to be terminated earlier, as and when regular candidates report for duty or on grounds of poor performance or any other reasons as chairman of District Health Society and District Collector deems fit.

Self-attested copies of the following certificates shall be enclosed with the application form.
1. SSC or Equivalent examination
2. Intermediate or 10+2 examination
3. Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate
4. Marks memo’s of all the years (qualifying examination)
5. Registration Certificate issued by Medical council with valid date
6. Latest Caste Certificates issued by the Tahsildar / MRO concerned
*(SC candidates submit latest caste certificate as per SC Sub-classification)
7. Study Certificate for the years from1stclass to 7th Class and in case of Private study residence certificate from the Tahasildhars/MROs of the Telangana State Study certificate for the years from 1st class to 7th class and in case of Private Study residency certificate from the Tahsildar / MRO concerned.
8. PH certificate in respect of candidates claiming reservation under PH Quota (SADEREM Certificate)
9. Relevant certificates in respect of candidates claiming Ex-Service men quota.

After completion of selection process postings will be issued to the vacant institutions as per merit & roaster cum options. Application fee per person @300/- to General Candidates and @200/- to SC/ST candidates to be paid by the applicant in the shape of DD drawn in the favour of Administrative Officer O/o DM&HO, MBNR.

If permitted, a press notification may be issued through DPRO, Mahabubnagar District by inviting applications from eligible candidates for filling up of the posts of (38) various post under NHM on contractual basis for (01) one year & the application form along with instructions uploaded in https://Mahabubnagar.telangana.gov.in website receiving applications at O/o DM&HO, MBNR proposed date from 22.09.2026 to 26.09.2026 till 05:00 PM.
