Indian Red Cross Society, Chhattisgarh State Branch, Raipur, vide Letter No. /IRCS/CSR/2026/113, Raipur, dated 06.07.2026, invites candidates for a Walk-in Interview for the vacant posts for a Mobile Medical Unit.

Educational qualification : Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) / Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm), Live/valid registration with Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council
Age limit : 18 to 64 years
Application Fee
• The application fee is ₹300.
• Candidates must submit a Demand Draft (DD) of ₹300 from a nationalized bank, drawn in favour of:
“Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Jashpur”
• The DD should be made payable at Jashpur and attached to the application form.
• Applications without the application fee/DD will not be accepted.
Selection / Merit Calculation
After verification of the candidates' documents, a merit list will be prepared.
• Educational qualification: 80% weightage
• Experience: 2 marks for each completed year of experience, up to a maximum of 10 marks
• Interview / Written Test / Skill Test: 10 marks
So, the total is effectively 100 marks:
80 (qualification) + 10 (experience) + 10 (test/interview).
1. Experience Certificate
Only an experience certificate issued by the Head of Department of a government/semi-government institution (Central or State Government undertaking), institution, corporation, board, or registered company will be considered valid.
The candidate must attach the following along with the experience certificate:
• Appointment order/letter, and
• Salary slips for the first three months.
If the appointment order is not attached, the experience will be considered invalid/not acceptable.
2. Number of candidates called for the test
If the number of applicants is high, up to 5 times the number of vacancies for each post will be called for the:
• Interview
• Written test, or
• Skill test
depending on the post.
Terms and Other Instructions Regarding the Application
1. Notification regarding the walk-in interview Information regarding the walk-in interview will be published on the Jashpur district website: jashpur.nic.in. No individual letter/notice will be sent to candidates. Therefore, candidates themselves are responsible for regularly checking the website for updates.
2. The candidate must be a native/permanent resident of Chhattisgarh (C.G.).
3. Candidates must carefully read all the information given in the walk-in interview notice and provide correct and complete information. If any information is found to be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, the candidate's application may be rejected immediately on that basis.
4. The candidate must affix a recent passport-size photograph at the prescribed place on the application form and have it self-attested.
5. For the posts mentioned above, candidates must attach the required documents, including:
• Required qualification certificates
• Caste/category certificate, wherever applicable
• Educational qualification certificates
• Experience certificate
• Domicile/residence certificate
• Registration certificate, where applicable
• Other relevant documents
The documents should be self-attested. The required documents must be attached along with the application form and application fee/DD. If the required documents are not attached, the Selection Committee will have the right to reject the application.
6. The appointment will initially be for 01 year. Every year, continuation of service will be decided based on the employee's annual performance evaluation. If the work is found unsatisfactory, the appointment may be terminated immediately.
7. The waiting/merit list will remain valid until the next advertisement is issued. If the selected candidate does not join duty or leaves the post for any reason during the specified period, a candidate from the waiting list may be selected.
8. If the selected candidate's service is found unsatisfactory at any time, the appointment can be terminated by giving one month's prior notice, or by depositing an amount equivalent to one month's remuneration.
9. A 10th standard certificate/marksheet will be accepted as proof of date of birth. For Post No. 04 (Driver), the age will also be considered subject to the applicable requirements.
10. During the period of service, a fixed monthly remuneration will be paid. No other type of remuneration/payment will be provided in addition to this.
11. Candidates must remain present at all stages of the walk-in process. If a candidate is absent at any stage, their candidature will automatically be cancelled, and no separate information will be provided regarding this.
12. The department will not pay any travelling allowance (TA) for appearing at the walk-in interview.
13. Mere submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Before publishing the final selection list, the original documents will be verified. Only after the documents are found correct will further selection proceedings be undertaken, and the appointment will be considered valid only after the appointment order is issued.
14. The educational qualification marks mentioned in the recruitment notice will be considered for selection.
15. Candidates will be given priority according to the educational qualification mentioned in the walk-in interview advertisement. If two or more candidates have the same total initial marks, priority will be decided in the following order:
1. Age : The older candidate will be given priority.
2. Experience : The candidate with more experience will be given priority.
16. For candidates working in a government/semi-government organization, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by their employer must be submitted; otherwise, the application will not be considered.
17. The Selection Committee will have the final authority to take decisions regarding any dispute.
18. The department reserves the right to make any correction/modification in the walk-in interview notice at any time. Such correction will not affect the selection process, and no objection/claim in this regard will be accepted.
19. The Selection Committee will have the right to select or reject candidates on the basis of their qualifications.
20. Applications received after the prescribed date/time will not be considered.
21. If a candidate submits an application containing incorrect information or conceals relevant information, their application will be automatically rejected.
