Postgraduate degree in Basic Science (Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Public Health, Biochemistry, allied subjects) from a recognized university
Ph.D. in pharmacy or biological sciences or equivalent from a recognized University. Candidate with experience in the nanoformulations, cell culture studies and animal handling will be preferred.

M.Sc. / M.Tech (Zoology / Medical or Human Genetics / Biochemistry / Molecular Biology/ Botany / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Applied Biology / Cytogenetics). Candidate must have minimum 1 year of work experience post M.Sc.
M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Life Sciences with at least 70% marks. Candidate must have qualified National Level JRF fellowship such as CSIR / UGC / DBT JRF and must have two years experience in pigmentation biology as evident from his / her publications.
Post graduate degree in Basic Science OR Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through National eligibility Tests- CSIR-UGC, NET including lectureship, Assistant Professorship and GATE.
