Post: Brand Executive

Job Description:
• The incumbent will be responsible for all Brand Building/marketing activities in the café
• Will need to partner with the external agencies in conceptualization and implementation of plans to drive footfalls in the café
• Working with OOH team to create and implement activation ideas/ promotions and plan for subsequent roll outs
• Focus will be network and stakeholder management, and therefore follow ups with Business partners/ Channels/ Agencies in order to deliver.
• The person should be capable of data mining and analysis and also have an eye for Creative work, as he/she will be required to plan activities & work with the Creative agencies to deliver material for POS (Point of Sales Material) deployment etc
• Partner commercial team in managing the brand support budget and ensuring that brand spends across activities are within the overall agreed support budget
• MIS generation for monitoring progress
• Strong team coordination & leadership skills with ability to coordinate across functions and organizations and ensure the brand’s agenda is carried out
• Coordinate with the PR (Public Relations) agency to manage the PR work for the brand.
• Get consumer / market feedback on ideas/ communication under development and recommend improvements / changes to drive better market shares, and also co-ordinate and drive brand consumer research (CMI) plans with the CMI Team

Candidate Profile:
• Qualification – Any Graduate
• Additional Qualification - MBA
• Number of years of total / relevant experience – 1 – 2 years of marketing/ branding experience
• Industry / Sector – Retail Sector/ Service Industry/ On-ground activation experience/ Working in Ad agency for service/retail brand
