Terms & Conditions
A. Salary and choice of posting will be negotiable for Medical Officers and Specialists (doctors hereafter), and will be revisited based on their performance (Number of patients observed per month).
B. Doctors staying in government-provided accommodation in the same block as posted will get 10% additional amount of their gross salary.
C. An additional amount of 10% of gross salary, over and above incentives mentioned in clause B, shall be given to the doctors staying in rented accommodation in the same block as posted.
D. Specialists will offer consultation to patients during OPD hours (9 AM - 3 PM) and must be available for emergency consultation on call forwarded by emergency duty doctor/inpatient department/manager on the day of their posting.
E. Doctors and paramedical staff, already working under Jharkhand government anywhere else other than Hazaribagh, will be considered for application only after their completion of one year at job.
F. Medical Officers will be overall in-charge for the treatment plan of patients, and its execution by Casualty Duty Doctor and Staff /ANM including the establishment under Civil Surgeon.
G. A monthly performance report of Specialist Doctors, Doctors, Medical Officers, Lab Technicians, OT Technicians, GNM, ANM, Nutrition Counselor and X-ray Technician will be sent to the Deputy Commissioner, Hazaribagh by the Civil Surgeon, Hazaribagh.
H. Health Managers will be overall responsible for OPD/IPD of all patients and day-to-day functioning of the unit. Their function includes optimal utilization of the resources for better health service in the centre. They will submit a monthly performance report to the Deputy Commissioner, Hazaribagh.
I. One on one Counseling/Skill test will be done in the Third week of October (tentative), 2022 by the panel.

• The jobs offered are contractual for a tenure of 01 (one) year from the date of joining and it can be renewed further after successful completion of agreement period upon mutual consent and performance review or appraisal. TDS will be applicable as per Government rules and leave shall be availed as according to the provisions of state government.
• Increment shall be provided as per rules and notifications of NHM, Jharkhand after performance review or appraisal.
• No right accrued by virtue of their recruitment shall be equivalent to any government employee.

• Reservation policy of Government of Jharkhand will be applicable. Candidates of state of Jharkhand who are claiming reservation in their respective category (ST, SC, BC-I & BC-II, EWS) have to submit the Caste/EWS Certificate in the prescribed format issued by competent authority of State of Jharkhand. For the Physically Handicapped 4% reservation is applicable as horizontal reservation as per Jharkhand Government norms
