SRISTI is a developmental voluntary organization aiming to strengthen the creativity of/at/for grassroots communities ,including individual innovators. It supports eco-friendly solutions to local problems being scouted, spawned and spread by the Honey Bee Network for over 26 years. It also nurtures ecopreneurs engaged in conserving biodiversity, common property resources, cultural diversity and educational innovators. There are five pillars of Honey Bee Network which SRISTI is committed to backstop: Educational innovations by school and college teachers, students and other stakeholders; institutional innovations at community and other levels in managing resources, improving access of knowledge rich-economically poor people to trigger self reliant development process; cultural creativity so that curiosity, collaboration, and compassion growth through art, literature and crafts etc.

Essential qualification: Candidate with BE/ME/MBA/MSC/MS/MCA can apply for the Techpediaproject at SRISTI. Candidates have to work with student innovators in higher education institutes and coordinate various efforts like pooling of final year projects/innovations, doing prior art search, coordinating innovation activities across various universities in India. Candidate should be willing to travel (nearly 15-20 days in a month) to various universities/grassroots innovators and have suitable project management abilities. Candidate should contribute to various flagship programs like GYTI, crowd funding, website management, Social Innovation Fund, incubation support and Summer Innovation School etc..
Desirable: Candidate with suitable ICT, planning and coordination skills having ability of preparing project proposals, evaluating the projects and writing the script of the events undertaken isdesirable for a suitable candidate.
