Qualification reqd: MBA / PG diploma from reputed institution in HR.

Over 10 years experience in HR arena.
Excellent insight into KRA/KPI concepts, implementation, monitoring.
Performance appraisals.
Pay roll mgmnt. Remuneration survey and rationalization. Recruitment, selection process' personal file mgmnt. Statutory compliance.
Expert in MS office, power point.
CTC - 10 Lacs.

Candidate Profile
Male candidates with 10+ yrs exp into Human Resources field, preferable pharma/biotech/ chemical sector preferred
Excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge on technical aspects
