Job Description:
* Patent Landscape
- To do Patent searches
- To prepare patent landscape from the searches
- Should know use of different patent databases free as well as commercial.
* Infringement Analysis
- Should have knowledge regarding USA, European, Indian patent system
- Should be capable of doing infringement analysis with respect to formulation strategy.
* Novelty searches and Patent Drafting
- Should be able to prepare provisional as well as complete specification (Patent draft)
- Should know documents required to file patents in US, EU and India
* Patent Litigation
- Should have sound knowledge of patent act of regulated countries
- Should be able to handle patent litigation
* Identification of business opportunities
- Should be able to identify and suggest the potential molecule/product for USA, Europe market.
Candidate Profile:
Education should be M.Pharm
Should have good communication skill
Should have good exposure of regulated Market (Eu & US).
