Job Description
To design, implement & support the IT and its related products Servers (Web,Email, Domain Controller, Backup, SQL Servers etc) routers,switches,firewalls,antivirus, and network layout,To format, Install and configure operating Systems,applications and configuration changes for the same, to handle, manage and configure Windows 2003 standard and enterprise editions for different systems and applications, to create and maintain of user accounts. Adding / deleting / modifying user account information, resetting passwords, etc. using active directory, to answering technical queries, troubleshooting any reported problems and configure system performance, to manage Close Circuit Television (CCTV) Surveillance system, to follow the other job assign by superior as per requirement,to handle the responsibilities of superior in his/her absence, Orion Implementation, Taking care of various modules in Orion ERP Package, Giving training to users for different transactions in ERP, Master entries & transactions in Orion (ERP), Answering technical queries, troubleshooting any reported problems and configure system performance, Report writing, SQL queries through TOAD, Data management, E2O, DBA Activities, Orion tools: Configuration, Administrator, Customize, Report Builder etc.
