Government College of Pharmacy, Aurangabad has been started in 1996 with the efforts of Honorable Late Shri. Govindbhaiji Shroff as a part of his social obligation to which Marathwada region was awaiting. Initially it has been started as one of the Departments of Government College of Engineering. Subsequently in 1999, it has acquired the status of full-fledged Government College.  Now the college is situated in its status or art building of around 8000 sq. ft.

I.S.F. College of Pharmacy, Moga (Punjab, India), a unique centre of excellence at all levels of Pharmaceutical Education offers all possible courses in Pharmacy viz. D. Pharm., B.Pharm, M. Pharm, Pharm.D. and Doctorate of Pharmacy. The Institute is recently awarded NAAC “A” Grade. 17th Rank in Pharmacy and 6th in Research and Professional Practice by NIRF, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. The institute is also recognized among Top 3 Best Pharmacy Institute in India (by AICTE-CII, New Delhi), Best Pharmacy College in Punjab by Punjab Technical University for the year 2014 and Best Pharmacy Education Institute in Punjab (by AICTE-CMAI, New Delhi) for the year 2012-13.

Bharat institute of Technology-Pharmacy (BIT) was established in the year 1999 by the CHMR Educational Society with the noble aim of imparting quality Pharmacy education to students aspiring to become responsible pharmacists and to cater to the needs of pharmacy profession. The college is situated in a sprawling 120 acres of campus situated 24 kms from the heart of the city. The focus of the architecture of the gigantic pharmacy building is to provide the right ambience needed for the overall growth of both the students and faculty.

National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) is the first national level institute in pharmaceutical sciences with a proclaimed objective of becoming a centre of excellence for advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences. The Government of India has declared NIPER as an 'Institute of National Importance'. It is an autonomous body set up under the aegis of Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India. The Institute is conceived to provide leadership in pharmaceutical sciences and related areas not only within the country, but also to the countries in South East Asia, South Asia and Africa. NIPER is a member of Association of Indian Universities and Association of Commonwealth Universities.

Established under the aegis of the Guru Nanak Institutions in 2006, the College has been a nurturing ground for pharmaceutical professionals. School Of Pharmacy GNITC is approved   by the AICTE and Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad with permanent affiliation. It is also approved by the UGC as an autonomous Institution .The Institute is further recognized u/s 2f & 12 B of UGC Act. The Institute offers a four year B. Pharm programme, six years Pharm D, and three year Pharm.D (PB) apart from two year M.Pharm programme.
