Terms - Data Deletion and Account Termination

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Submit a Request:
  - Send an email to admin@pharmatutor.org  with the subject line "Account Deletion Request for {{APP Name}}"

  - Include the following information in your email:
    - Email Address: The email address associated with your account.
    - Username: Your username (if applicable).
    - Reason for Deletion: (Optional) You may include a brief reason for your request.

2. Verification:
  - We may require additional verification to process your request. Please respond promptly to any verification requests from our support team.

3. Processing Time:
  - We will process your request within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed from our systems.
