DIBER provides excellent opportunity to young and motivated researchers to pursue career in basic and applied field of Life Science research with state of art research facilities.

The Department has major responsibilities for specific projects and programmes like Formulation of policies relating to Science and Technology, Matters relating to the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Cabinet (SACC) and etc.
