Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC), Ghaziabad is a central training establishment of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) under Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. The centre is engaged in training, grooming and augmenting capabilities of Scientists, technologists, technical, and administrative staff of CSIR constituents.
