SAL Institute of Pharmacy (SALIP) Ahmedabad-established in June 2009 by Adarsh Foundation, is providing better education and practical training in the field of the pharmacy.  SALIP is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) & Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).  SALIP is affiliated with Gujarat Technological University. National lnstitute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER)is an autonomous institution established under the aegis of Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers at Hajipur, district Vaishali, Bihar It is being set up as a centre of excellence for higher education, research and development in pharmaceutical sciences under Act of Parliament(NIPER ACT 1998). The Institute is conceived to provide leadership in pharmaceutical sciences and other related areas and admits students for M.S.(Pharm.) Pharmaco-informatics, M.Pharm. Pharmacy Practice and M.S.(Pharm.) Biotechnology to begin with. Subsequently more postgraduate and doctoral programmes courses would be added on the lines of NIPER,SASNagar, Mohali (Punjab). A full-fledged campus is envisaged to set up on 100 acres of land to be allotted by Bihar Government near the present site. It would be the Endeavour of the Government to setup the permanent campus in public-private partnership model to the extent possible.

In terms of Govt. of India, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Pharmaceuticals letter No. 57011/1/2010 – NIPER (Vol.II), dated: 24th July, 2017, National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Hajipur (NIPER-HAJIPUR) invites application from Indian citizen for engagement of following personnel on contract basis on consolidated pay initially for a period of one year subject to renewal on the basis of performance and mutual consent or till posts are sanctioned, whichever falls earlier.

NIPER-Guwahati is the fifth such Institute to be included in the list of premier Institutes under the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt. of India. The NIPER-Guwahati started functioning from the month of September, 2008. The Institute is presently housed at the NIPS, Mirza, Kamrup, Assam. The Institute has excellent facilities for advanced Education and Research in Pharmaceutical Sciences and is looking for both Teaching and Non Teaching Staff with good experience to contribute in building this Institute as one of the best Centers for Excellence. Presently the Institute is offering M.S (Pharm.) and Ph. D Programmes in three branches and planning to expand further.

NIPER Guwahati is now inviting applications for Teaching and Non-Teaching positions on contractual basis which are likely to be continued based on the performance of the selected candidates. Candidates will be paid consolidated emoluments as per the norms and the emoluments will be fixed at the time of interview based on the experience and selection committee recommendations.

Raghu College of Pharmacy is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. The KMCH College of Pharmacy was established in the year 1995 under the auspices of Kovai Medical Center Research and Educational Trust, Coimbatore. The College is recognized by The Government of Tamil Nadu and affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and The All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. It is located at Kalapatti in a sprawling pollution free campus which is 3 KM away from Avinashi Road on national Highway and close to several prominent educational institutions. The College is housed in a campus with an imposing building and most conducive atmosphere for academic preference.

Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu, had its beginning as a Postgraduate Centre of Sri Venkateswara University in the year 1967-68. It gained autonomy in the year 1976. Fulfilling the desires of the people of the region, the Autonomous Postgraduate Centre was accorded the status of a University in the year 1981. Initially, Sri Krishnadevaraya University functioned as a unitary University. It was conferred the status of an affiliating University in the year 1988. Presently, it caters to the higher education needs of Rayalaseema region in general and Ananthapuramu District in particular. The Postgraduate Centre at Kurnool, which was brought under the jurisdiction of the University in the year 1993, became a separate University in 2008.
