SHRI VISHNU COLLEGE OF PHARMACY: was established in the year 1997 by the well known Philanthropist and Industrialist, Late Padmabhushan Dr. B. V. Raju under Dr. B. V. Raju Foundation and Shri Vishnu Educational Society. With the Demise of the founder Chairman in June, 2002, Sri K. V. Vishnu Raju, his grandson succeeded as Chairman and is making all efforts to impart the Quality Education.

ADARSA College of Pharmacy is situated in a lush green surrounding on the G. Kothapalli, Gokavaram Mandal, Pin 533285, E.G.Dt, Andhra Pradesh. It is near to Madurpudi Rajahmundry Airport (25 Km) and Samalkot Railway Junction (30 Km) and is well connected to NH 5 (20 Km) by excellent roads and road transportation. Jagammpeta (20 km) is the nearest town.

The management introduced QIS College of Pharmacy during 2006-07 and offers B.Pharm course with an annual intake of 120, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) with an intake of 36, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis & Quality Assurance) with an intake of 18, M.Pharm (Pharmacology) with an intake of 18 and Pharm.D with an intake of 30 seats to materialize as the dreams of aspiring students and parents. QIS College of Pharmacy, since its inception has been performing exceptionally good to meet its goal of providing quality pharmaceutical service to the society. The pharmacy education needs are increasing in the society. To meet these requirements QIS College of Pharmacy is striving to provide the highest standards of quality pharmacy education.

The Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) is an autonomous body of the Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy), Government of India.  It is an apex body in India for the formulation, co-ordination, development and promotion of research on scientific lines in Ayurveda and Sowa-Rigpa system of medicine.

ABSTRACT:
The area of the pharmacy concerned with science and practice of rational usage of the drugs. The clinical pharmacist is the one of the member in the health care team. clinical pharmacists provide care to their patients and that this practice can occur in any practice setting. Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR), also referred to as Drug Utilization Evaluations (DUE) or Medication Utilization Evaluations (MUE), are defined as an authorized, structured, ongoing review of healthcare provider prescribing, pharmacist dispensing, and patient use of medication. DURs involve a comprehensive review of patients' prescription and medication data before, during, and after dispensing to ensure appropriate medication decision making and positive patient outcomes.
