IISERs were created through a proclamation of Ministry of Education, Government of India, to promote quality education and research in science and related areas. The first two IISERs (Pune and Kolkata) were established in 2006. This was followed by an Institute at Mohali (2007), Bhopal & Trivandrum (2008), Tirupati (2015), and Berhampur (2016). IISERs were incorporated as Institutions of National Importance under the umbrella of the NIT (Amendment) Act, 2012 (NIT Act 2007). The Act was further amended in 2014, entitled the NITSER ACT 2014.

The mandate of the Institute is to address the reproductive health issues of national and global relevance. The institute was established with an objective to develop novel and efficacious modalities for fertility regulation through research and thereby assist the government in its mission to stem the population boom. In the past four decades, however, the institute has grown beyond the mandate with which it was entrusted at the time of its genesis.

Completed applications are invited from eligible persons for temporary employment on contract basis for the vacant posts of District Project Manager, Data Assistant Pharmacist and Multidisciplinary Health Worker under NHM Scheme in AYSUS Division in Thanjavur District Siddha Medical Office on 15.12.2023 by 5.00 PM. The Institute for Stem Cell Science & Regenerative Medicine, Bangalore is an autonomous institute under the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. DBT-inStem’s mandate is to establish collaborative research programs in the field of stem cell biology, regeneration, and repair in development and disease, with translational emphasis.

It is submitted that the Government accorded permission to fill the vacant posts under the administrative control of the Director of Medical Education as and when the vacancies arise vide reference 1st cited. Hence, the Director of Medical Education, AP, Vijayawada has sent proposals regarding in the mode of appointment to fill up the posts where sanctioned at newly formed Medical Colleges and Govt.
