Today, the company is a vertically integrated bulk manufacturer of multiple first-line-of-defence APIs, PFIs and finished dosage drugs. (GRANULATION & COMPRESSION)
Qualification : SSC / ITI / B.Sc / Diploma
Experience : 1 to 7 Years in Production - OSD
Designation : Technician / Senior Technician / Associate / Sr. Associate
Capable of independently running compression machines like Sejong. Cadmach, Korsch, Legacy, Fette with AWC and granulation machines like RMG, FBD, Shifter. FBC and Miller etc
Cleaning of Machines.
PRODUCTION STAFF
Qualification : M.ac / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
Experience : 3 to 7 Years m Production - OSD
• Monitoring and operating the execution activities in Granulation and Compression areas.
• Responsible for following GDP and GMP practices.
• Responsible for BMR review and ensuring batch yield and product quality.
• Handling and motoring shift activities in the module.
• Monitoring gowning procedures and compliance.
• Ensuring employee safety and adherence to safety procedures.
• Responsible for allocating work activities to operators effectively.
