Masters Degree in Sciences or related field with 3-5 years exp in Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology / Clinical research

Should have experience in injectable manufacturing, including shop floor supervision, Component preparation, Aseptic Filling, Compounding, Autoclave operation, Vial Washing, Filling and Sealing. Experience working as a Line Chemist or Executive is preferred

Responsibilities also include documentation review, maintaining product quality, coordinating training, conducting initial incident investigations, and managing process orders.

This role is responsible for managing and overseeing critical aspects of the production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Operate various analytical instruments like HPLC/ GC. Perform analysis of Finish product/ Exposure of GLP/UMS/ QMS

SCIENCES OR PHARMACY GRADUATES (B.SC./M.SC./B. PHARM./M. PHARM.) WITH 0 TO 5 YEARS EXPERIENCES IN PARENTERAL MANUFACTURING (VIAL / AMPOULES / BOTTLES OF GLASS OR PLASTIC THROUGH

Perform part method validation, forced degradation studies, excipient compatibility studies, reverse engineering, add-mixture studies, in-use studies, hold-time study and analysis of routine & stability studies

Trigger out of specification investigations upon detection of test results outside predefined specifications. Design and execute tests to confirm or rule out suspected root causes.
