Having Injectable Experience of Shop floor activities like Filtration, Filling, Sealing, Stoppering, Garment Washing, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Ophthalmic, Suspensions, Lyophilizes.

Provide support at BR India within Discovery Sciences, focusing on small molecule lead identification and optimization in close collaboration with Novartis colleagues in the US and Switzerland, as well as Indian CROs, to discover and advance innovative therapies addressing areas of high unmet medical need.

Coordinate with QC/QA teams for timely document updates and Support audit/inspection readiness with proper documentation

Responsible for achieving Financials & Strategic targets for Pharma & Biotech segment. Manages, coaches, and develops a team of Solution Scientists and account managers to achieve assigned goals.

Post Graduate / Graduate/ Diploma in Pharmacy/ Science/ Commerce, Experience in RM/ PM/FG Store.

Hands-on expertise in HPLC, UPLC and dissolution testing. Knowledge of ICH, USP, and other international guidelines.
